Inclusion and Behaviour Management

John Bayley has ‘HT of largest PRU in the UK’ on his CV alongside his Teachers’ TV* record of over 90 award winning videos. Lynda Haddock was Head of SEN and Inclusion in the London Borough of Newham as well as being Head of several PRUs.

The training outlines the ways in which behaviourist, cognitive and humanist theories are used in inclusion and behaviour management. Assertive skills are taught and teachers become confident managers of a range of behaviours.

Training courses range from twilight to two-days. Whenever possible we visit schools prior to training sessions to ensure the delivery is properly tailored.
