Over the past 30 years we have all learned a great deal about constructivist methods of teaching that focus on the learner and actively engaging with their existing knowledge. At the same time rapid changes in curriculum, reporting and testing methods have left teachers stressed and bewildered. We combine instruction and classroom support with Action Learning methods that allow teachers to share work practices, support each others learning and gain a clearer perspective on the challenges they face. The delivery process typically includes some or all of the following:
